By accessing or using AdProfit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To use AdProfit, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where such services are prohibited by law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain only one active account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and Transfer PIN. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

AdProfit is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. All activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility.

All deposits must be made in USDT via supported networks (TRC20 or BEP20). You are solely responsible for ensuring the correct network and wallet address are used.

Deposits require manual admin approval after submitting the correct Transaction Hash (TXID). Approval typically occurs within 30 minutes but may take up to 24 hours during high volume periods.

Withdrawals are processed from your Main Wallet only. You must have a minimum balance of $20 USDT to request a withdrawal.

Withdrawals are reviewed manually and may take up to 24 hours to process. You are responsible for providing an accurate and valid USDT wallet address. AdProfit is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

Platform fee for withdrawals is 0%. However, network fees (gas) are deducted by the blockchain and are outside our control.

Ad packages grant you a daily limit of sponsored ads you can watch for profit. Earnings are calculated based on your active package's rate per ad and daily ad limit.

You must complete ads within the platform's interface to receive credit. Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or any form of artificial engagement is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Package durations are fixed. Unused daily ad quotas do not roll over to the next day.

The referral program allows you to earn commissions from your direct referrals' deposits and daily ad activity. Commission rates are determined by your current rank.

Self-referral (creating multiple accounts under your own referral link) is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to game the referral system will result in forfeiture of earnings and permanent account ban.

Referral commissions are credited to your Referral Wallet and can be transferred to your Main Wallet at any time.

Ranks are awarded based on your direct referral count and team package volume. Each rank unlocks higher commission rates and one-time bonus payouts.

Rank bonuses are added to your wallet automatically upon achievement. Rank requirements are subject to periodic review and adjustment to maintain platform sustainability.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AdProfit:

• Creating multiple accounts or self-referring
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Submitting fraudulent deposit TXIDs
• Attempting to manipulate the platform or exploit bugs
• Sharing account credentials with third parties
• Engaging in money laundering or illegal activities
• Harassment, abuse, or misconduct toward support staff

AdProfit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific earnings, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.

We are not liable for losses arising from blockchain network delays, wallet address errors, market volatility, or force majeure events. You acknowledge that all earnings depend on your own activity and platform participation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any remaining balances may be withdrawn subject to the minimum withdrawal requirement and verification process.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without notice. Terminated accounts forfeit any pending bonuses, rank rewards, or promotional credits.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
